Helpful Information:
The website does require you to pick a date, that is not enforced currently. Meaning if you buy a weekday (Monday-Thursday) ticket, you can come any Monday -Thursday. The same is true with the Weekend Ticket (Friday-Sunday). If a customer purchased the weekday ticket but wanted to come on a weekend, when the front gate scans the ticket, it will ask if they want to upgrade to the weekend ticket and pay the difference.

Also, to encourage people to visit on a weekday, we have installed the Reindeer Replay. This allows our guest the ability to see the show as many times as they want during that visit. We are currently running 9 songs. Each song is uniquely sequenced to the lights so if you hear the same song but are in a different area of the Merriest Mile, you will get a different show. We do not offer the Reindeer Reply on Weekends since it is too busy as we get closer to Christmas.
